Trip to the Asian Civilisations Museum

Year 4 Dover Court students went on a brilliant trip to the ACM by the Singapore river yesterday as part of their Ancient China topic. The children enjoyed learning all about the signs of the zodiac and their origins, all the symbolism used on an emperor’s robe, what was left inside an Ancient Chinese tomb when somebody died and much more. The children also completed a scavenger hunt by the river and got to enjoy a boat trip as well. It was a fantastic day.
