On Tuesday, Year 6 embarked on an adventure to the Ethnology Museum. They were on the lookout for wooden structures and luckily, the Ethnology Museum is full of them. There was a range of different wooden joints, that they noted down, an interesting security door, for keeping out wild animals and a Chief’s House that is used in the Highlands of Vietnam. It is an enormous structure, and it is designed to be seen from far away in case you get lost. This was a really enjoyable trip that ends our topic of Building a Village nicely.
