    Nicola joined BIS Hanoi in 2012 after teaching for 6 years in the United Kingdom. She first taught English at secondary level in Kent and then progressed to working as the Head of English for four years prior to leaving the United Kingdom. As well as a love of literature, her interests are sports, keeping fit and travelling. She also has an interest in the Media and writing as a result of studying Journalism at University.

    Diane Vaughan

    After working in the computing industry for many years, Diane retrained as a teacher, in 2003, specialising in teaching ICT at KS4/KS5. In addition to being the Head of ICT Department in a large bilingual school in Wales, she was also whole school ICT Co-ordinator responsible for ICT across the curriculum. Since making the move to international teaching Diane has enjoyed two years at a British Curriculum secondary school in Cyprus teaching ICT at IGCSE and A level stages. As well as ICT Diane taught Business Studies drawing on her previous experience in industry. When not working, she enjoys reading, travelling and meeting new people and exploring new places. Diane joined BIS Hanoi in August 2013.

    Kate Fitzpatrick

    Kate Fitzpatrick graduated from Chichester University in 2002 with a degree in Early Childhood Education with Qualified Teacher Status.  
    Kate initially taught in a large infant school in London for 4 years before moving to Melbourne, Australia where she worked in a primary school as the Kindergarten director and teacher. She also taught P.E across the whole school. Kate returned to London in 2009 and took on a new challenge as Numeracy coordinator in a large Primary school of 900 students. She also taught across all 3 Key Stages.
