International Week Parade of Nations

It was a wonderful morning here at An Phu Primary...

A morning that filled so many with pride as we watched our students march under their country flags and represent their nations so proudly. The parade of nations seems to get bigger each year with both parades meaning standing room only for many. Thanks to all the parents that came along to support and cheer on the children.

The parades opened with a wonderful performance from our MP2 and MP3 choirs who just seem to get better and better each time they perform.

This year we had 8 different performances from countries and regions. In our MPF and MP1 parade, children from Russia, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea entertained the crowds.  In the second parade for MP2 and MP3, we had performances from Japan, South America (with Spain), India and France.  All children that performed were superb. Thanks to all the parents that organised the children, their performances and costumes which make the parades very special.

We can be very proud of all the children that danced, sang, played instruments or marched in their class or under their country flags. It was a fitting end to our International Week at AP1.
