Binh Tho Shoebox Appeal

I would sincerely like to thank all of the EYFS parents and children for your thoughtful and generous donations to our Binh Tho Shoebox collection. All in all we had 89 presents which included Barbie dolls, stationary sets, cuddly toys, jigsaws, cars, trucks and books to name a few!

Ms Maria and Ms Anh helped with the task of sorting the donations into age ranges and individual gifts which were then wrapped with the help of our children.

On Thursday the children from Binh Tho - our community partner school - came to watch our production of ‘A Christmas Tail’. After the show the F3 children paired up and chose a community friend to come and pick a gift.

The smiles, excitement and surprise on the children’s faces was truly a joy to see. It’s fantastic that our children were able to make this time of year a little bit special for those less fortunate than themselves.
