The children were eager to use our new electric hand mixer to beat the egg whites until they became stiff. They enjoyed listening to the sound of the mixer and observing the changes to the eggs. The children also had fun measuring out all the ingredients and really enjoyed the end result. Well done everyone.

Bánh Thuẩn (Steamed Cup Cakes)
-2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
-100g wheat starch
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-200g (ml) club soda
What to Do:
Beat egg whites until stiff; add in yolks one at a time. Add sugar and baking soda and beat until thick and creamy (about 10-15mins). Add flour and club soda and mix to make a smooth batter. Steam on high for about 10 -15 mins.
