The Annual Community Football Tournament is Fast Approaching!

This is a wonderful whole school community event connecting students from Year 5, 6 & 7 and our community partner students who we work closely with throughout the year.

This is a wonderful whole school community event connecting students from Year 5, 6 & 7 and our community partner students who we work closely with throughout the year.

The event will be held on Sunday 10th December on the An Phu Field and will have 12 mixed teams of BIS HCMC students and children from the following partners:

  • Binh An School
  • Binh Tho School
  • Huynh Van Ngoi Government School
  • Poussières de Vie
  • Christina Noble Children’s Foundation

The focus of our tournament is different to other events in the sporting calendar as we look to balance the competitiveness on the pitch, with the welcoming and more social interaction off the pitch. The main aim of the event is for students to connect with their local community and have fun!

Information before you sign up:

  • Children must be in Years 5, 6 or 7
  • Open to boys and girls
  • Open to all abilities
  • Students need to be there from 8:00am until approximately 1:00pm

SIGN UP:

A google Form will be sent to Year 5, 6 and 7 parents on Monday 6th November to sign up. Alternatively, students can sign up with their class/form tutors. Sign up closes Friday 24th November.

We are always looking for support on the day – whether it’s cheering the teams or helping with refreshments, we would love to hear from you! Please contact me at clover.sharman@bisvietnam.com
