First Aid Training for MP3 students

Education is not just about what happens at a desk in a classroom. Nowhere was this more evident than in the Milepost 3 building this week where the first of our First Aid lessons for our year 5 and 6 students have been taking place.

Education is not just about what happens at a desk in a classroom. Nowhere was this more evident than in the Milepost 3 building this week where the first of our First Aid lessons for our year 5 and 6 students have been taking place.

Nurse Shen, our An Phu Primary Nurse, has put together a First Aid Programme for the eldest students on our campus.

Areas such as breathing, bleeds, bruising and fractures were covered by year 5 and 6 students and CPR was also introduced to our year 6 students.

We hope over the next few weeks to equip all our Milepost 3 students with the basic first aid they will need to assist other should the need arise.

First Aid is an important life skill and we hope by establishing this programme here at An Phu, we can support the education of the whole child, not just the bit at the desk!
