Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Drama Performance
Our run of sell out shows of Beauty and the Beast ended last night with yet another amazing performance. A spectacular drama production with some wonderfully talented singers, actors and actresses, all ably supported by our outstanding drama and music department. Photos are now available on the school website and a DVD of the production will be available to order after the holidays.
Putting together a show such as this embraces not only our drama and music department but our sound and lighting, art and design technology departments who spend many hours working on set designs and behind the scenes. Rehearsals started in October last year and my personal congratulations go to the many staff and students involved in this marvellous production.
Selecting our UN Ambassadors…

Both these students have an impressive record of involvement in both MUN and various community service projects and we are confident that they will do an excellent job of representing our school.

This is one of after school school clubs which does so much to raise awareness and funds for the plight of some animals in the city. There are opportunities for students to get involved both directly and indirectly with animal welfare issues, including the use of domestic animals as a trade of meat, as a medium for scientific experiments and animal tourism. This week we look at the club’s recent achievements.
