Spring Fair 2018

The Spring Fair is one of the highlights of the PTG and whole school calendar. A huge amount of work goes into making this event happen ensuring a wonderful day for all of our BIS community.

On the back of a hugely successful Christmas BISzaar in Term 1, we are pleased to confirm the date of the much-anticipated Spring Fair on Sunday 25th March. Make sure you save the date and come and join us for fun and refreshments whilst raising money for our Community Partners. There will be a range of activities for children on the day and an array of food vendors serving delicious food and drinks!

• Sunday 25th March – 10am – 2pm
• Early Years and Infant Campus
• Ticket prices: Adult – 50,000VND, Child – 100,000VND
• Entry and Raffle Tickets on sale: Monday 12th March - Friday 23rd March at:
  • Junior Campus at Gate A and Canteen mornings and afternoons.
  • EY&I Campus at Reception - Ms Palm.
  • Secondary School at Reception - Ms Katie.

Our Community Partners

One of the main aims of the Spring Fair (apart from having fun of course!), is raising money for our Community Partners. We will therefore be fundraising in support of the following charities:

• Binh Tho School
• Binh An School
• Binh Trieu School
• Anh Minh School for the Hearing Impaired
• Thien Phuoc Foster Home for Disabled Children
• Endangered Asian Species Trust (EAST)
• Phan Huy Ich School (Poussieres de Vie)
• Animal, Rescue and Care (ARC)

Can you help?

• Selling entry tickets and raffle tickets at the Junior Campus - please sign up via the following link - Spring Fair Sign Up (selling entry tickets and raffle tickets)
• Help on the day of the event – If you could spare an hour (or more!) to help on the day of the fair please do email Nicky on nicolagreen718@gmail.com to register your name/s. Any small amount of time that you can give, goes a long way to help making this event a great success.
• Raffle prizes - If anyone has a company and they can donate something or can sponsor an activity at the event please do contact us for further details.
