I joined The British School in 2011. As a linguist and philologist I always wanted to work in a multi lingual and multicultural society. I graduated from the College of Inter-Faculty Studies at University of Warsaw which enabled me to complete studies in German Philology, Polish Philology and Applied Linguistics (Russian). As a scholarship holder of "Memory, Responsibility, Future" foundation I spent one year at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. Before joining the school I worked as a German and Polish teacher in the International European School in Warsaw. Currently I am working on my PhD thesis concerning the development of participle constructions in the old Polish language. I am running classes in introduction to diachronic linguistics and analysis of old Polish texts in the Institute of Polish Language at University of Warsaw. In the years 2005 - 2011 I worked as a Russian language consultant for the BBC production "Behind closed doors – Stalin" and for Zodiak Jerzy Hoffman film "Bitwa Warszawska 1920".
