I obtained a degree in European History With French and PGCE in Secondary History from the University of East Anglia, Norwich. I then taught in Cyprus and the UK before joining the British School, Warsaw in 2006 as a History teacher. I enjoy contributing to pupils’ development of literacy skills as well as historical knowledge, and also hold a CELTA which has provided me with further insight in how to help develop the language skills of students who are not native speakers of English.
In my spare time I enjoy reading police procedural fiction and exploring Warsaw with my family. Having a passion for European History it is great to live in such a historical and cultural city and country.
