I studied modern languages (English and French) at the university in Lima, Peru. When I went to Frankfurt, Germany I began to study German and I studied Commercial correspondence in German and Spanish. I enjoyed working at international fair in Frankfurt because I had the opportunity to get into contact with different people and I could practice my languages.

I started to teach Spanish and I realized that teaching would be more satisfying. I gained my experience working at different institutions and a commercial school in Frankfurt. When my husband was given the opportunity to work in Warsaw I decided to come with him. There I decided to participate in the Framingham educational program in Warsaw and I got a master education degree.

I graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués in Paris and started my professional career as a graphic designer. During this brief experience, I was given the opportunity to lead a 6 month project with children, and their enthusiasm made me realise that I wanted to teach. I obtained the CERPE (French teaching qualification) in 2002. After 2 years in France I moved to the French School of Sofia, and then to the French School of Warsaw in 2006. I met my partner in Poland and have been here for almost 10 years now. I gained teaching experience in various international schools, following bilingual or French curriculums, as well as providing art and drama classes in French. I joined The British School in April 2015, especially motivated by the IB Diploma programme.
