Working as scientist I produced several articles about bounds of kth record statistics (“Maximum variance of kth records”, “Reconstruction of previous failure times and records”, “Prediction of kth records” and “Best bounds on expectation of kth records”) which were published in renowned academic journals, namely Metrika (Germany), Statistics and Probability Letters and Communication in Statistics (USA). Additionally, I participated in many international conferences on Ordered Data, Approximations and Bounds. In 2007 I joined The British School, Warsaw teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and 4 as well as IB Mathematics at Standard and Higher Levels. In 2010 I qualified as the IB Examiner marking Standard Level Paper 1. Lately, I have completed the Postgraduate Studies in Accountancy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Highest Quality Learning
Highest Quality Learning is a way of teaching that can be used to challenge students in order to help them to understand and see the connections of Maths in real life. Students learn to question life around them, structure their own theories and approach the subject in new and creative ways that will help them to build a better knowledge base.

Mrs Klimczak-Gromska is a fantastic, inspiring teacher who has a true passion for her job.
Mrs Klimczak-Gromska is undoubtedly one of my favourite teachers and thanks to her I have learned a lot. Her teaching skills are amazing and her lessons are always interesting. I hope I will have a pleasure to be taught by Mrs Klimczak for a long time.
After attending math classes for one week I feel like a wiser person. Maths is well explained and although questions are challenging I enjoy classes.
