I’m Miss Kuncewicz but you can call me Miss K.
My background includes a degree in Biomedical Science which I studied at St. George’s in London. Possessing a strong interest in medical biology, I went on to gain medical experience at the Royal Free Hospital in a busy Day Surgery department. This was followed by a stint working for a company called ‘Medikidz’ which produces medical magazines to help describe complex diseases to children. This experience made me realise how passionate I was about teaching complex biological issues and so I decided to train to be a teacher at the University of Leeds.
I finally found my profession and have been working in an outstanding school in Greenwich, London since qualifying as a teacher. I taught Biology, Chemistry and Physics and also became a Head of Year at the school.
Outside of school, I enjoy outdoor activities particularly running, surfing and skiing.
