Nord Anglia Education (NAE) today announced that Dr Terry Creissen OBE has been appointed Regional Managing Director China International Schools and a member of Nord Anglia’s Executive Committee. Prior to his appointment, Dr Creissen was NAE’s Managing Director for India.
Dr Creissen joined NAE in 2007 as Principal of the British International School Shanghai, Pudong. After his time in China, Dr Creissen was appointed Principal at Nord Anglia’s school in Warsaw and in 2014 led its school in Doha, Qatar.
Dr Creissen has spent more than a decade in leadership and advisory roles in the UK, including as a teacher trainer and a qualified consultant who advised schools and their governing bodies.In 1997, in recognition of his work within the education sector, Dr Creissen received an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire).
