We are excited to share the successes of a student in our Middle School. Students have been working on this year’s MIT Challenge 2, called “Mission Moxie”, in Science lessons recently.

Year 7 students submitted questions to MIT relating to the Moxie experiment, which is one of the many experiments onboard the Perseverance Rover currently exploring Mars. This particular experiment breaks down carbon dioxide taken from Mars’ atmosphere into oxygen, which is an important step forward in humans traveling to Mars in the future. Thousands of questions from Nord Anglia students were submitted to the team of MIT scientists involved in Moxie, and our very own Charlotte’s question was selected and answered. You can watch their response to her question along with others above.
