Temperature Check Updated Forms

Temperature Check Forms for students returning on 31st August (with Tracking Dates 17-30 August)

Further to my e-mail yesterday (14th August) regarding the need for all students to return to school with a completed copy of their temperature check record and the Health declaration form, we received yesterday evening an updated temperature check form from Beijing Education Commission. I have attached the updated version to this e-mail and also reattached the health declaration form.

I would like to also to take this opportunity to remind you that if you return to Beijing from overseas, you will have done the 14 day quarantine and had an acid test upon your release. Please ensure that the quarantine release certificate and Covid-19 test results are brought into school alongside the two documents attached.
