Supporting the transition from Primary to Secondary

For our Primary pupils, the move to secondary school is a big deal, with lots of questions, a still unfamiliar environment, new teachers and a variety of new subjects. That is why we place great emphasis on supporting our Year 6 students in this transition by gently introducing them to their new environment before they move on to Secondary.
