On Friday 4th June a selection of our Year 8 & Year 9 students have competed in the annual ISMTF Middle School Maths competition.
The competition has pitted some of the best Mathematical brains from over 20 international schools around Europe against each other, over three 40-minute rounds of challenging team problem solving. With 24 students out of the roughly 270 students taking part, BISB was well represented this year.
We are pleased to announce that our eight BISB teams represented our school really well and can all be very proud of their efforts. The full results are in the table below, but the highlight is certainly the team of Eunsu, Rubin and Han who came 2nd OVERALL which is an incredible achievement.
Also special mention to Anna, Elina and Alexey who just missed out on a top-10 placing, and the best placed team from Year 8 of Matus, Melissa and Maria!
