Nicholas Waters

History Teacher

I graduated in Politics and History from the University of Liverpool in 1984, and completed my PGCE there a year later. Most of my teaching has been in the Manchester and Liverpool areas in the UK, though I also taught in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for two years, ending last July. I enjoy teaching History at all levels, and I am an examiner at GCSE, A Level and Ibfor various boards.

I think my students would call me a passionate and committed teacher who is interested in engaging fully with their learning and progress. Although my time in Slovakia will be short, I am so excited about making the most of my time both in the school, in the city of Bratislava, and in all the surrounding regions.‘
