We are excited to announce the last part of our Living in Space - MIT Challenge.

The first part of this challenge was to ask questions to Ariel Ekblawin about Living in Space. Ariel has received over 4.000  questions from over 2.000  NAE students across the Globe. She selected some of them, answered and we will share them with you shortly.

Now that students already wondered how it would be to live in space, asked questions about it, discussed with teachers and friends what would be different, researched how life in space has evolved and planned a device to be used in future missions to make life there more comfortable and enjoyable, it is now time for them to CREATE their device then record a video explaining it and send it to MIT via Global Campus

Mr. Clemente, Primary STEAM Coordinator and Portuguese teacher, shared with us a video with some information about previous challenge’s steps, a taste with some of the children’s ideas and the instructions on how to complete this mission.

This video wil inspire you imagination and show how a STEAM program working in collaboration with MIT can enhance so many areas of our curriculum and inspire our studnets. If you are not a student anymore, it may even make you wish to become one again. We hope you enjoy it.
