What Our Parents Say

Each year we carry out an annual parent satisfaction survey to help us improve our understanding of how we are performing in key areas, such as what we are doing well and areas where we can improve, so that we can continue to provide the best possible educational experience for your child.

This year’s survey concluded in March and involved over 36% of parents at our school, a 4% increase over last year. 

We would like to say thank you to everyone who shared their valuable feedback.

These results, along with continuous guidance and review with Nord Anglia’s Education team, enable us to create a thorough improvement and development plan for our school.

Key Take Away:

Our parents agree with us that Northbridge International School Cambodia is a happy learning environment for their children, providing a modern campus with well-suppled classrooms and facilities. That said, we will always look for ways to make the NISC campus even better.

Key Take Away:

As a school we have greatly improved over the last year in terms of keeping parents updated as to their child's academic progress, though we recognise that this is a ongoing process we will continue to assess. The school is commited to excellent communication with parents.

Top 3 Areas for Improvement:

  1. Satisfaction with school meals (36%)

  2. Satisfaction with indoor sports facilities (60%)

  3. Satisfaction with performing arts facilities (65%) 

Key Take Away:

A set of key improvements to school meals have been recently agreed for implementation from August 2018. Further details will be shared in due course. We have recognised that parents have not been entirely satisifed with the provision of indoor sports facilties, and have addressed this through the construction of our new indoor Sports Hall, which opens summer 2018. Further developments in dance and drama are also planned for the summer.

I would recommend NISC because of the attentiveness of the teachers and staff to each child's needs, the focus on nurturing the whole child and the positive culture of the school
I have been very pleased at NISC and the school as a whole is the best on offer in Cambodia
The teachers at the school are of very high quality and care a lot about the kids they work with
