I love working with children because everyday I learn from them; I like being the person that drives them to achieve their dreams.
“Children must be taught how to think, not what to think”.

I owe all my training as a teacher to Universidad de Costa Rica. In 2016, I graduated from Educational Sciences with an emphasis in Special Education, just after that I started working on my degree in Multiple Disability. I have been practicing this amazing profession since I was in the second year of my career, I worked by semesters, one half of that semester I was an assistant observing the teacher and learning from her, and the other half I was the teacher putting into practice what I have learned, I did that in various support services, including Intellectual Disability and Emotional and Behavioral Problems.
Then, I worked in a private Montessori institution for 1 year as a preschool teacher. But the most beautiful experience began in 2017 when I had the opportunity to become a learning coach for two years at the Country Day School, working in an institution like this was like a dream come true, but still I wanted more, my wish was to work directly for CDS, so here I am, living that dream that took two years.
I got married to the best man in the world 1 year and 8 months ago. I love spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, traveling and reading about education to be updated and informed.
