Karla Moya

Country Day School - Karla Moya

Student Support Services Teacher

My name is Karla Moya and I am a Special Education teacher with a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching as well as a degree in Special Education from the University of Costa Rica. My professional career started with the creation and development of an Inclusion Program for students with Down Syndrome for 3 years in a private school in Costa Rica. From that experience, I decided to become a learning specialist.

In 2015, I obtained a Postgraduate degree in Diverse Learning from the University of Costa Rica. I have been working at CDS since 2014 as a Learning Support teacher, where I enjoy and appreciate the richness of diversity that this international school offers.
