The CIS accreditation process began in 2014 with the establishment of 17 committees made up of staff from each area of the school. The committees first audited their specific area, reporting back on strengths and weaknesses to CIS before creating action plans for change. These plans have now had two years to be implemented across the school, with the CIS team visiting this week to see how we have done.
Initial reports from the accreditation team have been very positive, with one CIS representative thanking staff at BSG for ‘the high standard of report that was submitted and the huge amount of effort that has clearly been put in over the past few years’. Full details of the accreditation results will be published directly after the school receives official notice of accreditation from CIS after the visit ends.
