What a fantastic weekend of sporting success for our NIS swimmers and footballers.
Our U10 Football team reigned throughout the season as undefeated winners of the Coca Cola League in their division. Not satisfied with that, they stormed to further success on Saturday as they took first place in the Greenfields Cup Final. An amazing season with more than 50 goals scored and few conceded. As individuals and as a team, they have shown outstanding skill, commitment, team work and team spirit over the season and their success is well earned.
Meanwhile, our swimmers endured a long and hard day at the JASIS Annual Swim Meet, where they too showed incredible skill and determination. With each child competing in several events, they lifted a high count of place ribbons and when the overall results were announced, we were delighted to take 2nd place. What talented young athletes we have here at NIS Jakarta who have again proved that with hard work, practice and a determined attitude, great things can be achieved! We are proud of you all!
