The Myanmar government has closed all schools until the impact of the pandemic can be further evaluated. BSY is currently offering all courses in all phases online. The restrictions on international travel mean that staff may not be able to get to Myanmar in the first instance, and should be prepared to teach online if necessary. Our VSE programme has access to a suite of learning platforms, for which we will provide training. Short-listed candidates will be briefed and updated as the situation develops.
We could also consider applications from candidates who can teach Physics up to KS4. We also welcome applications who would be able to make an immediate start, albeit via online teaching.
