Our accreditations reflect the commitment of the school to the highest standards of education and require regular, rigorous assessment, examination and continuous improvement of all school operations and resources.

Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam is proud to be fully accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

The Council of International Schools is the premier organization in international education for the accreditation of schools and best practice development. CIS is a not-for-profit organization of a truly worldwide international educational community comprising over 600 member schools and 450 colleges/universities.

The central purpose of CIS is to enable member organizations to achieve and deliver the highest standards in international education and continually improve the outcome of student learning.

Founded in 1885, the New England Association of Schools & Colleges, Inc is the nation's oldest regional accrediting association whose mission is the establishment and maintenance of high standards for all levels of education, from Early Years to the doctoral level. NEASC serves more than 2,000 public and independent schools, colleges and universities in the six states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and American/international schools in more than 65 nations worldwide.

Memberships And Affiliations

Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam is also a member of the Northwest European Council of International Schools (NECIS) and the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE).

The Northwest European Council of International Schools (NECIS) exists in order to provide opportunities for international schools located in northwestern Europe to take part in tournament activities on a competitive basis. Each school should work toward a common aim to achieve an efficient and well-balanced programme that promotes healthy competition, sportsmanship, and full participation.

The Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) is a dynamic global community providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and research concerning development in the field of international education, school leadership and to advance international education through participation with educational institutions and associations worldwide.

We also offer a number of excellent IB courses through Pamoja Education, which candidates may follow online with the help of a facilitator who is a member of the NAISR faculty.
