Primary Library News

Some news from our Primary Library.
Welcome to our new librarians

We would like to welcome Charlotte Jessen and Minna Weisberg, who we welcome into the role of Primary Librarians. They will be sharing the responsibilities of this role and working hard to further develop our library into a really inspiring place for children to learn and develop a passion for books and reading. If you have any questions about the library, please contact them on library@bisspuxi.com.

Library drop-in times for children and parents

We are delighted to let you know that the library is now open 2 evenings each week for parents and children to enjoy the library. This is a great chance to read with your child and to select books to take home to read. Please be reminded that children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Parent-Child Library Time : Monday and Tuesday – 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Book amnesty

Inevitably in the busy lives of families and within the chaotic bedrooms of children, library books can quite easily get misplaced. We would like to ask parents and children to have a really good look to see if they have any BISS Puxi books lurking in the hidden corners of your homes or under beds that could be returned to school. No questions asked, no fines; just bring the books back to the library so they can be enjoyed by all. Please take a little time over the break to join this book search!
