Year 2 Rainforest Project

25 June 2014

The children in Year 2 have been working really hard towards the grand rainforest assembly that parents enjoyed last Friday and which was a culmination of all Year 2 have learned in their themed learning topic.

As part of the work for this, the children learnt a large range of new skills, one of which was to create stop go animation and they created some great pieces to complement their performance.

The children really enjoyed using this technique of taking lots of photos and then stitching them together and running them really quickly to create the illusion of movement.

We hope you enjoy watching them as much as we enjoyed making them!
