Dancing Out!

22 November 2016

Every Thursday, Secondary students face a fun aerobic workout that mixes in dance moves called Zumba! It feels like a giant dance party and the girls give their best, they are sweating but feeling energized and awesome!

  • Dancing Out

From September 2016 onwards, over 20 girls from Secondary school (across Y9-12) attend the ultimate dance work out –Zumba ECA. We have fun learning various dance routines, giving it a latin flair- salsa moves are always on our programme mixed with modern pop moves and challenging work out moves such as lunges and high-jumps. Every class finishes with either dance battle where girls challenge themselves or a free style performance where they perform without an instructor. Either way they leave the Zumba room exhausted but with re-loaded energy! What a great way to exercise and have fun to the best tunes!
