We are pleased to announce our first Ask the Artist of the 2019-2020 year is now live!  We are welcoming questions to award winning dancer and Juilliard Alumni, Miranda Quinn.

We are pleased to announce our first Ask the Artist of the 2019-2020 year is now live!  We are welcoming questions to award winning dancer and Juilliard Alumni, Miranda Quinn.

Last week we launched a new “Ask the Artist” featuring award winning dancer Miranda Quinn. Miranda has recently graduated from The Juilliard School and is now working with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.  You can find out all about Miranda Global Campus Online where you can find photo’s of her work, read her biography and see videos of her dance.

Please encourage your children to read the information about Miranda Quinn and watch the videos of her dancing.  They can then post questions on the Wall that they'd like answered through the link at the bottom of the page.  Students will receive a Global Campus Ask the Artist badge if they ask a question to Miranda on the Wall.

miranda

Students can ask Miranda about anything that they're curious about, such as why dancing is so important to her, what sort of dance she likes best, how she prepares for shows, her best experiences or any other questions that come to mind!  The question deadline is Monday 4 November 2019 and we’ll be posting the video answers to her questions the week commencing 9 December 2019.

Students can find Miranda’s “Ask the Artist” page here –  (you’ll need to be logged into Global Campus to see) or via the Performing Arts with Juilliard section on Global Campus Online.
