We are a group of Y.8 & 9 students who are busy fundraising for the projects we will support in November when we travel to Tanzania on our amazing service project. We are looking for your help for contributions of second-hand toys, books and any other small unwanted household items for our Jumble Table at the Summer Garden Party. If you are leaving China or just having a Spring clean, please consider donating your unwanted items to our Tanzania Jumble Table. Please send them in to either the Primary or Secondary reception desks.

Thanks for your support.

In Literacy the children will focus on developing their reading comprehension skills.  Reading an extract from Centaurus I by Jack Richards and James Feldman the children work on their techniques for answering both open and closed questions. The children will focus on their predictive skills as well as their understanding of variables and a fair test.

This is the last week of our robotic unit using Lego Mindstorm. The robots have been built, tested and experimented with. This week the children will have received their booklet about Nanbeihu. We will use this to discuss some parts of the camp and give the children lesson time in PSHCE to discuss any questions they have about the residential trip. Excitement is building towards this big event.

Informatie volgt!
