Celebration of 30th Anniversary of the Law of "On the State Language" Today, the 21st of October, our country is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the State Language". As an international school, we pay great attention to the study of languages and cultures. In Uzbek lessons, our teachers take a communicative approach to share all the possibilities and beauty of the language of Navoi, Bobur, Nodira and Uvaysi with the students.

Today, the 21st of October, our country is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the State Language". As an international school, we pay great attention to the study of languages and cultures.

A visit from Santa Claus
The children at BST had a wonderful surprise last week! A visit from Santa Claus. While his reindeer were eating carrots and having a rest in the playground Santa met with every boy and girl. The children sang Christmas songs and enjoyed listening to a Christmas story. As all the girls and boys had been good this year, they all received a present from him. Thank you Santa for making a stop at BST, please come back next year!

Year 2 - Everyday Materials The Year 2 students took part in master classes last week. With experienced tutors, they made pottery and soap. They learnt what everyday objects are made from and how some materials can change state. It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience and the students particularly enjoyed using the potter's wheel!
