Start your day right. Wake up, get out of your pajamas and make your bed. The start of the day is important so make sure you do it right and it will set a productive attitude. Our personal favourite is having 5 minutes in the morning for a nice cup of coffee. Enjoy!
Work space and work free zones. This is particularly important and often goes unnoticed. Create a relax zone - couch or bed and keep it free from laptop, books and other work hazards. Also make sure your work zone at home has all you need to keep you comfortable – well lit, enough space, good internet (good luck with this one) Avoid cross contamination between the zones at all costs!!! If possible, try to keep the zones in separate rooms, for example working in the living room and resting in the bedroom.
Plan 2 nice things during the day for yourself (go as creative as you can on this - it can be a cup of fresh made tea for your break or an “outing to Metropolitan Opera to see the Verdi’s “Aida” streaming .Change this in the main text please The list of useful resources can be found here.
