We are extremely proud of the achievements of our secondary students who are selected to represent BST at the International STEM Olympiad held in Frankfurt, Germany. This shows the high calibre of our students, our teaching staff, and our very own STEAM programme. Well done to our students who are role models for the next generation of budding STEM enthusiasts in Uzbekistan. BST students are competing against 300 students from across in globe in Science, Math, and Computer Science categories. We wish them the very best.

A visit from Santa Claus
The children at BST had a wonderful surprise last week! A visit from Santa Claus. While his reindeer were eating carrots and having a rest in the playground Santa met with every boy and girl. The children sang Christmas songs and enjoyed listening to a Christmas story. As all the girls and boys had been good this year, they all received a present from him. Thank you Santa for making a stop at BST, please come back next year!

Year 2 - Everyday Materials The Year 2 students took part in master classes last week. With experienced tutors, they made pottery and soap. They learnt what everyday objects are made from and how some materials can change state. It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience and the students particularly enjoyed using the potter's wheel!
