Celebrating the Graduation of our Year 13 students This weekend we look forward to celebrating the Graduation of our Year 13 students. They have worked extremely hard over the last two years, and it will be wonderful to celebrate together online tomorrow. Caps and gowns were delivered to students today so that everyone is ready, and we hope that all our families and friends of Year 13 students have a fantastic day.

This weekend we look forward to celebrating the Graduation of our Year 13 students. They have worked extremely hard over the last two years, and it will be wonderful to celebrate together online tomorrow. Caps and gowns were delivered to students today so that everyone is ready, and we hope that all our families and friends of Year 13 students have a fantastic day.

It has been assessment week in the Primary School over the last two weeks and teachers have been assessing the students in Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths in the Virtual Classroom as they would face to face. Teachers have been extremely impressed with the progress and academic attainment of the Primary students and look forward to sharing these successes with parents in the end-of-year reports which will go out on the 11th of June.

Primary Performing Arts Days took place this week and students from Year 1 – 6 were taking part in exciting projects and activities that develop their musical, dance and drama skills. To read more about these exciting days, please click here.

Hanoi – HCMC Virtual Challenge continues for staff at BIS who are up before sunrise and out after sunset to keep moving and clocking up the weekly kilometers. The four teams are somewhere between Nha Trang and Mui Ne sand dunes and hope to reach HCMC before the next two weeks. With over 18million VND raised for the Vietnam Children’s Cancer Hospital so far it helps keeping staff moving and supporting a fantastic local cause.

As we approach the end of the academic year, there are transition meetings happening across the Primary school for students moving from F3 into Year 1 and those from the EYC building in Year 1 over to Year 2 in the main building next year. Please look out for emails from the Primary Office regarding these online information sessions.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, stay safe everyone.
