Update on the Floating Village project

The Year 9 students have had a fantastic week undertaking some community service at the floating village. The students have worked hard helping people who are less fortunate than ourselves. They have been gardening where they have weeded, planted seeds and watered plants. They have completed a litter pick where they have collected more than 20 HUGE sacks of plastic which will be taken to be recycled. They have also helped renovate the children’s playground by painting it. All the students have been fantastic and have been committed to the cause. Upcoming there are some donation and fundraising initiatives which will be launched in the coming week.
