Samantha Lane

During her Psychology degree, Samantha completed modules on Childhood Development, with a focus on first and second language development within children.  

Samantha completed her CELTA in 2011, since then she has gained experience teaching EAL within Vietnam and has developed curricula for large-scale English Language programmes in Hanoi.  She completed the CELTA Young Learner extension in 2016. She is passionate about the use of technology in the classroom and designing materials personalised to students’ needs and interests.  

When not working, Samantha enjoys travelling and being creative. Her spare time is spent learning Vietnamese, reading, practicing yoga, playing board games and supporting Arsenal FC
