Cung Thi Ngoc Lan

PGCE Primary Education, University of Sunderland, UK; BA in Education, HCMC University of Pedagogy; BA (English), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, HCMC; BSc (Finance/Economics), University of Economics, HCMC

After graduating from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Lan taught at the Vietnamese American Centre (VATC) in HCMC for several years. She joined BIS in 2002 and worked with children aged 4-11, delivering the Vietnamese curriculum. During this time she gained first-hand experience of a variety of teaching methods and styles which she was able to put into practice during her PGCE training year. Lan joined BVIS in 2011, at the beginning of its first year of operation. In her spare time, she particularly likes to swim, read, watch movies and play with her nieces.
