Afifah Rachmadani

Afifah Peppy - new

PE & Swimming Teacher

Afifah has a Bachelor's degree from Institute of Economics Perbanas Jakarta. She also possesses a Master's degree in Early Years Childhood Education. Afifah has joined our NAS Jakarta team since 2015.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Institute of Economics Perbanas Jakarta
  • Master's Degree in Early Years Childhood Education from Pelita Harapan University 



While finishing her bachelor study, Afifah worked as a swimming coach in Almagary Swimming Club Jakarta for 2 years. She worked with young children in beginner and intermediate swimming levels. Afifah accepted the job offer from British School Jakarta as a swimming teacher in 2002. She taught Foundation Stage to Secondary years, and also coached the BSJ swimming club. Since the swimming division is under PE department, Afifah also experienced supporting PE department in running sports events, such BSJ Sports Day.

After 5 years working in the swimming department, Afifah decided to delve into a different area of education. She had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant in the Foundation Stage level at BSJ for 7 years. The needs to venture for a different challenge brought Afifah to NAS Jakarta in 2015.

Afifah enjoys swimming, running and yoga as her routine exercises. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephew.
