Kev started his career in the Royal Air Force and spent an additional 9 years in the Middle East working for a military contractor before moving back to the UK. He was able to use these experiences to successfully work as a project manager helping him gain additional managerial experience in the private sector.
After working for a forensic company assisting UK police forces in a number of exciting cases he moved to Vietnam. It was here that he fulfilled a lifetime dream by volunteering to assist in the rescue, rehabilitation and release of endangered primates back into the wild. His time spent in the jungle on Dau Tien Island at Cat Tien National Park was the springboard to share his enthusiasm with students for the educational animal awareness programmes. He then helped to manage and run the community projects set up in HCMC for the BIS Group of Schools. Kev is excited and is looking forward to finding new BIS community partners to set up various projects.
In addition to his love of animals, Kev also enjoys keeping fit, hiking and going on adventures.
