Ms Frances has a Masters Degree in Toxicology, a Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry and a PGCE from Worcester College.

Having qualified as a teacher in the UK in 1994, Ms Frances spent 3 years teaching in Wales before joining the international circuit. She has since taught in the USA, UAE, New Zealand, Argentina and Colombia. She has also been a Senior IBDP Examiner and Moderator in Biology for 12 years.

She will be joining Northbridge International School Cambodia from Colegio Gran Bretaña in Bogotá, where she was the Head of Secondary.

Ms Frances’ philosophy in education is that children can learn when the education environment is inclusive and student centred, and that a successful educational environment is achieved when it is built on relationships and clear goal setting. She is a strong believer in seeing people’s assets, and enjoys bringing teachers together in a bid to nurture a sense of team.

She is very excited about coming to Northbridge next year to lead the Secondary school, and exploring Southeast Asia. She will travel with her husband and two of their four children.
