These meetings are a great opportunity to discuss progress and attainment so far this year, share and explaining examples of work, and discuss learning targets for the remainder of the academic year.
Importantly, these are 3-way conversations with students taking an active role. Even our very young children start to develop the ability to articulate and take ownership of their own learning journey. They learn to identify their strengths and to take pride in their achievements. They are also challenged to set ambitious targets for the future.
A great example of children leading their own learning.
