Sports Report: The BISS Lions are back in action

18 september 2014

After only a few weeks back in school the BISS Lions teams have had a very full fixture list in Volleyball and Rugby.

Volleyball

Over recent weeks our volleyball players in SISAC competitions, Division one and Division two, have produced some very strong and spirited performances against experienced opposition from the other Puxi international school. With last night’s wins for the Division 1 boys and girls over respective SSIS teams and the Division 2 girls’ win over WISS, it is evident that  communication, skill and confidence levels are building ahead of the SISAC season finals and ACAMIS Competition in a couple of weeks.

Rugby

This weekend the SISAC Division one and Division two BISS Lions rugby teams travelled to BISS Pudong to play a number of games against Dulwich and the hosts, BISS Tigers.  The Lions proved too strong for the other teams in both Division one and two, where they dominated the proceedings winning all encounters!

This weekend sees our SISAC Division one and Division two Volleyball and Rugby teams in action again, as well as the Shanghai Swim League time trials. Good luck to everyone involved!
