Some of the classes were inspired by the GSCE Art Exhibition and want to be able to create such amazing pieces of art when they are older.

Year 1 then got very creative up in the art rooms and used clay to make their own snails, spiders and ants. They had to roll, squash, pull, push and twist the clay to make the different shapes. They carefully added a little amount of water to help stick the different body parts together.

They then mixed together different colours and used different textured paint to finish of their incredible creatures!
