HR Officer – The British International School Abu Dhabi

We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to join the School’s HR team in continuously providing efficient and effective HR services to its current and new stakeholders. The HR Officer will work in conjunction with the Principal and HR Manager from resource planning and recruitment strategy which will include overall coordination in recruitment and selection process, overseeing full induction and on-boarding activities for new staff and providing professional advisory and information services up to practical assistance covering all HR related Matters.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager the HR Officer will have a busy and diverse role where main key deliverable will include coordinating with all end to end recruitment activities. In addition the role will support with HR day-to-day functional areas for development, compensation and integration and ensure customer-focused HR service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. The role will also support in applying exceptional process and to enable effective and cost-efficient HR service delivery. Together with the HR team the successful candidate will also ensure the development, maintenance and implementation of best Human Resources practices operationally and in line with School and NAE policies.

Ideally we are seeking applications from individuals with experience in e-recruitment and HRIS system more so with demonstrable experience in recruitment, campaigns, on-boarding administration process and general gained experience in a fast paced HR international environment. You will be educated with at least GCSE level – including Maths and English with at least 2 – 3 years relevant HR experience and proven working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem solving skills, you will be results oriented, self-motivated and flexible,  who is tactful and approachable with an ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels in the School.
