George's Marvellous Medicine in Year 2 In Year 2, it was ‘Marvellous Medicine Day’ on Thursday, 22nd April. Students took part in some fun experiments, just like George from the book. 'George's Marvellous Medicine' is a book written by Roald Dahl, and Year 2 students celebrated the book on Thursday, 22nd April.

Students took part in some fun experiments, just like George from the book. They worked really hard on their magical, poisonous foaming fizzy potions. 

Students dressed up as either George or Grandma from the book, and had lots of fun throughout the day with their costumes and experiments. They are now looking forward to finding out more about the author, Roald Dahl.
