The Alpine Mountaineering expedition is an adventure that will take children to the iconic Swiss Alps. From the base in Les Martinets, children will spend a week developing skills that will allow them to safely travel in glacial terrain reaching breath-taking Alpine peaks that overlook natural wonders such as Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. This is an exciting week that will challenge the children to stretch their limits — physically and mentally in a well-managed environment. Leadership, self-reliance, risk taking, flexible thinking, organisation and perseverance are just some of the valuable life skills that children will develop on this expedition.
Previous experience of Switzerland Expeditions would be advantageous.
